Questions
Which plans include the Claude connector?
Pro and Publisher. It isn't on the free plan.
Does it only work with Claude?
It works with claude.ai (web, desktop and mobile) and Claude Code, and with any other app that supports remote MCP connectors.
Can Claude publish something by mistake?
New issues arrive unpublished unless you ask for them to go live, and you choose on the consent screen whether Claude may publish at all.
Can Claude delete my issues?
No. Deleting, team changes and billing stay in the Zeenly dashboard.
Does Zeenly see my Claude chats?
No. Zeenly only receives the requests Claude makes on your behalf, such as "list my issues", and logs them against your account.
How do I disconnect it?
Settings → Connectors in Zeenly lists every connected app and key. Disconnect takes effect straight away.
